Ingredients

½ cup lentil sprouts (green or brown)
½ cup cooked, cooled white rice
1 tbsp cold-pressed hemp seed oil

Fresh cilantro (if tolerated)
Method
1Rinse sprouts thoroughly in cold water and pat dry.
2Arrange sprouts over cooled rice — heat degrades DAO enzyme activity.
3Drizzle hemp seed oil (rich in anti-inflammatory omega-3/6 ratio).
4Add microplaned ginger — a natural mast cell stabilizer.
