DAO-Boosting Pea Sprout and Fresh Herb Salad for Histamine Intolerance
This vibrant fresh salad combines DAO enzyme-rich pea sprouts with quercetin-containing herbs to support histamine degradation. The rosmarinic acid from fresh basil and oregano provides natural mast cell stabilization, while fresh cucumber adds hydration and anti-inflammatory compounds.
