DAO Boosting

DAO Enzyme Supporting Lentil Sprout & Turmeric Bowl for Histamine Intolerance

This therapeutic bowl combines DAO-boosting lentil sprouts with anti-inflammatory turmeric and quercetin-rich herbs to support histamine degradation. Fresh pea sprouts provide additional diamine oxidase cofactors while rosmarinic acid from fresh basil helps stabilize mast cells.
