Gut Healing Pea Sprout & Turmeric Bone Broth Bowl for Histamine Intolerance
This nourishing bowl combines fresh pea sprouts rich in DAO enzyme with anti-inflammatory turmeric and gut-healing bone broth. The prebiotic soluble fibre from carrots and celery feeds beneficial gut bacteria while quercetin from onions stabilises mast cells for comprehensive digestive support.
