Sulforaphane Broccoli Sprout Power Bowl for MCAS & Histamine Intolerance
This nutrient-dense power bowl maximizes sulforaphane content through strategic preparation of broccoli sprouts and cruciferous vegetables. Rich in NRF2-activating compounds and quercetin from fresh herbs, this bowl supports cellular detoxification pathways while providing natural mast cell stabilization. The combination of fresh sprouts delivers DAO-boosting enzymes essential for histamine metabolism.

Clinical Note
Better Kitchen is a functional nutrition companion, not a replacement for medical care. MCAS and HAT are highly individual — always introduce new foods slowly and track reactions with your allergist or immunologist.
